          The Life of Adam

          Adam and Eve, according to some Jewish traditions, were created by God on Friday morning, September 26, 3760 B.C.

          They were given life (according to tradition) several hours before sunset, which was the start of the Hebrew civil year. Sunset Friday was also the start of one of God's annual Feast days known as the Feast of Trumpets (Rosh Hashanah).
