Brian Boitano is an American figure skater who was the 1986 and 1988 World Champion. He also became the 1988 Olympic Champion and became the U.S. National Champion from 1985-1988.
Boitano is the originator of the Boitano triple lutz a move where the skater raises his left arm above his head while doing the jump.
He primarily used to be a jumper and with the help of other skaters, helped in the technical envelope of men's skating.
